Assume infinite intelligence. Bring the taste.
We design every process as if intelligence were infinite, because it nearly is. What stays scarce is knowing what good looks like. That is the job we keep.
Agents own outcomes.
Room sold, meeting booked, invoice paid. We measure our agents on the result, the way you would measure a colleague.
Evals are the product.
Every agent lives inside a loop of humans and agents grading its work, and each other's grading. The loop is what gets better. The agent follows.
Everything compounds.
We keep every eval, every conversation and every mistake. Each one makes the next decision better, for us and for every product we run.
Audience before capital.

Limits are part of the design.
Every agent ships with a written list of what it may and may not do, and a human reviews its first conversations. Client data is used to run that client's business and for nothing else. Those limits hold as the models get stronger.

We build on open source and give back to it. A company's data and memory belong to that company, can leave with it, and are never held hostage by us or by a model vendor.
